Who are you, Benedict?

- Yoko Okuda founder of Benedict Nation. Benedict Nation is the name I have given to my design philosophy. It is inspired by the ideologies of Benedict Anderson who defined "Nation" as an "imagined community". In this imagined community people are able to feel connected, without directly knowing each other, through tools of common interests and beliefs. I therefore declare my creations as Benedict Nation in hopes for people to be able to come together and feel connected through fashion and style.
